The Baileigh TN-210H Hole Saw Notcher is the ideal tube notching machine for the economical garage fabricator that needs to assemble and weld tubing at varying angles for applications such as mud racers, rock crawlers, midget cars, go karts, and much more. This product can be vertically mounted in a drill press, or for larger pieces it can be horizontally mounted on a weld bench or in a vise, and powered by a portable drill.
This hole saw tube notcher is made of thick 1/2-inch plate steel, with a set of industrial-grade needle bearings that are replaceable should the need ever arise. The spindle is made of a 1-inch ground and polished shaft for longevity and less vibration. This hole saw notcher can notch angles up to 50 degrees in less than 30 seconds, and has a capacity of up to 2-inch round tube.
